We Support Individual Growth!

We embed support for our therapists intentionally with ongoing individual meetings with direct OT supervisors and monthly staff meetings to address best practices in school-based OT. Training is provided on MN Department of Education laws and regulations, assistive technology, and any other areas of practice that the therapist needs support to feel confident and effective in their practice.
